Notice that this song appears on page 233. The Real Book is organized alphabetically, but if you're looking for this tune in the C's, you'll be very frustrated as it appears right between "Lucky Southern" and "Lullaby of Birdland"; neither of which, you'll notice, begin with "C". Bear in mind that this is the same book that puts A Call For A Demons on the very first page (under "A" for A Call For All Demons).

I'm not sure why Billy Sunday would be scandalized by a man dancing with his wife, but I guess it was a different time.
